Steve Edwards brings more than 20 years of experience in public and private higher education settings involving high-level catering events, special programs, conference planning, contract administration and strategic planning.

He is a member of the National Association of College and University Food Services, where he has held offices on the regional and national level. In July 2007, he was named NACUFS 2011 National Conference chair.
